Tension Test

This week, a tensio test was made. The specimen was made by casting in a green sand mold, as posted before. The main goal was to set the material as ductile or fragile based on the results, shown on the graphic stress-strain.

At the end of the test, the graphic was obtained (figure 3) and the results were analysed. The conclusion was that the material is ductile.
