Desing error

The contraction did not occur as expected. The diameteer of rivet stayed with more 9 milimeters. The team presumptions some reasons for this:

                        The contraction of solidification should be excluded because of the use of river;

             The mold expanded, because of heat during the foundry, and the diameter of the hole expanded too.

The team resolved try reduce the diameter of rivets with lime. The final diameter stay with 8.8 milimeters. The new situation made with the team adopted a new layout in the rivet joints. The figure 1 show this.
